I purchased online tickets, can I skip the line?

Is it scary?
A: Our haunted houses is not recommended for the weak or young at heart. The house is meant to evoke your worst nightmares or fears.
But is it really scary?
A: Fear is what you make of it. We will give you 100% entertainment. Our customer are repeat customers. We have had people faint, get sick, pee in their pants, or just plain leave the attraction because they could not make it through.
If I'm in line at closing time will I still get in?
A: Yes, as long as there are customers, we will stay open.
Is there a different price for children?
A: Because it is not recommended for small children, there is only one general admission price.
Will the monsters touch me?
A: We have a "no touch" policy - you don't touch us, we don't touch you. Unfortunately, due to the very dim lighting inside the haunts, you may occasionally come into accidental contact with one of our staff. Our monsters will not grab or maul you, unless they want something to eat.
Can a pregnant person enter?
A: We do not recommend the haunted house to anyone who is pregnant.
Can I bring my kids?
A: By all means, bring the whole neighborhood! Again, fear is relative. We've had six-year-olds walk through without a quiver and had to carry out grown men. Children under twelve should be accompanied by an adult. Young children who get to the front door and are too scared to enter will not be forced (not even by their well-meaning parents). We do not recommend our attractions for very young children.
What time does the haunted house usually open?
A: Usually we try to open at 7pm. Sometimes we might open later. This is usually caused by a techincal problem. As soon as the problem is fixed, we will open.
Can I get out if I want to?
A: Yes, many people each night are too scared to make it through the house and are let out by our security staff.
If I get too scared to make it through the haunted house, can I get a refund?
A: No. You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few rooms and you want to leave, we've done our job
Do you offer group discounts?

Does your attractions have security?
A: Yes, we have security on site.
Do you have live Rats, Roaches, Snakes and Other Critters?
A: No.

A: Absolutely not. The show changes every year.
Is it better than last year?
A: We think so.
Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
A: Yes! We sell everything from glow sticks to T-shirts. However, no food. There are restaurants located around our facility.
Can we take flash photos or video of your haunted houses?
A: NO! Our haunted house is completely dark. Flash or video would ruin the effects for other customers.
Can I hit the actors, take the props, destroy the rooms, or come through the haunt drunk or stoned?
A: You should ask the police on duty this question. People drunk will not be allowed in. Every night (without fail) we have to escort someone (and their group) out of our haunts into the arms of the police. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like any other business that must be adhered to for your own safety. Please go through the haunt in a civilized manner and everyone (including yourself) will have a great time.
